Foreperson

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of kerbing and paving crews on-site.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and work plans.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

Technical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage technical submittals, method statements, and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project consultants to identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices.
• Liaise with the execution team to ensure technical deliverables are submitted and approved in time for construction activities.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
