🛠️ Project Manager – Planning & Project Development

📌 Vacancies: 6

• As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and development of critical energy and water procurement projects. 
• You will evaluate technical, financial, and environmental factors while aligning with national sustainability targets. 
• Your role will involve coordinating feasibility studies, preparing tender documentation, and working with government and private partners to ensure the successful launch of new renewable projects.

📄 Project & Contracts Manager – Implementation & Contracts

📌 Vacancies: 3

• You will manage project execution and contracts during the implementation phase of power and water projects. 
• This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, enforcing contract compliance, monitoring timelines and budgets, and mitigating project risks. 
• Your leadership ensures timely delivery and alignment with the national infrastructure roadmap.

📦 Procurement Head – Regulatory & Compliance

📌 Vacancy: 1

• As the Procurement Head, you will lead all strategic procurement activities in compliance with Oman’s energy regulations. 
• Your work will support competitive bidding processes, promote transparency, and ensure contracts meet both national standards and PWP's ambitious sustainability goals. 
• You’ll also guide internal teams and suppliers through best practices in public procurement.

⚖️ Legal Counsel – Regulatory & Compliance

• You will provide expert legal advice and regulatory interpretation on energy procurement and infrastructure development. 
• This includes reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and representing the company in negotiations.

📌 الوظائف الشاغرة: 6

• باعتبارك مدير مشروع، ستشرف على تخطيط وتطوير مشاريع شراء الطاقة والمياه الهامة. 
• ستقوم بتقييم العوامل الفنية والمالية والبيئية مع التوافق مع أهداف الاستدامة الوطنية . 
• سيتضمن دورك تنسيق دراسات الجدوى، وإعداد وثائق العطاءات، والعمل مع الشركاء الحكوميين والقطاع الخاص لضمان الإطلاق الناجح لمشاريع الطاقة المتجددة الجديدة.

📄 مدير المشاريع والعقود - التنفيذ والعقود

📌 الوظائف الشاغرة: 3

• ستتولى إدارة تنفيذ المشاريع والعقود خلال مرحلة تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة والمياه. 
• يتضمن هذا الدور التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة، وإنفاذ الامتثال للعقد، ومراقبة الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات، والتخفيف من مخاطر المشروع. 
• وتضمن قيادتكم التسليم في الوقت المناسب والتوافق مع خارطة الطريق الخاصة بالبنية التحتية الوطنية.

📦 رئيس المشتريات - التنظيم والامتثال

📌 الشواغر: 1

• باعتبارك رئيسًا للمشتريات، ستقود جميع أنشطة المشتريات الاستراتيجية بما يتوافق مع لوائح الطاقة في سلطنة عمان. 
• سيعمل عملك على دعم عمليات تقديم العطاءات التنافسية، وتعزيز الشفافية، وضمان أن العقود تلبي المعايير الوطنية وأهداف الاستدامة الطموحة لمشروع الأشغال العامة. 
• ستقوم أيضًا بإرشاد الفرق الداخلية والموردين من خلال أفضل الممارسات في المشتريات العامة.

⚖️ مستشار قانوني - التنظيم والامتثال

📌 الشواغر: 1

• ستقوم بتقديم المشورة القانونية المتخصصة والتفسير التنظيمي بشأن شراء الطاقة وتطوير البنية التحتية. 
• ويتضمن ذلك مراجعة العقود، والتأكد من الامتثال للقانون، وتمثيل الشركة في المفاوضات. 
• ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في حماية مصالح PWP مع تسهيل نجاح المشروع  ضمن الأطر القانونية.
