Finance Manager (Oman) 

Job Purpose:

• The Finance Manager for our operations in Oman will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations including the management of accounts receivable and payable, statutory compliance, and fund management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Financial accounting policies complying with Group policies and IFRS
• Implement controls to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Reporting of monthly financial results for the entity with in-depth analysis
• Managing local compliance (Tax/Audit/Secretarial/Regulatory)
• Commercial support for Business cases
• Ensuring all financial and management reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Lead the process of preparing the Annual Plans, Reforecasts, monthly financial reporting
• Lead and drive financial analysis, providing critical insights for strategic decision making and overall business performance enhancement
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, collaborate with stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze budget performance on a regular basis, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to optimize resource allocation and cost management
• Close monitoring of financial reporting, Group Reporting, Statutory audit, budgeting and forecasting, reporting to HDQ Finance team

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA/ACCA with 5 years’ experience or bachelor’s degree in accountancy with 10 years’ experience
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, able to effectively/confidentially communicate financial insights to Senior Management
• Good people management skills in a multinational diverse team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Well-versed with IFRS, Management reporting
• Excellent Excel knowledge is must

Preferred Skills:

• Previous work experience in Oman.
• Work experience within hospitality/FMCG/Retail sector

مدير المالية (عمان) 

غرض الوظيفة:

• سيكون مدير التمويل لعملياتنا في سلطنة عمان مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على العمليات المالية اليومية بما في ذلك إدارة الحسابات المستحقة الدفع والقبض، والامتثال القانوني، وإدارة الأموال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تنفيذ سياسات المحاسبة المالية بما يتوافق مع سياسات المجموعة والمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية
• تنفيذ الضوابط لضمان سلامة ودقة البيانات المالية
• إعداد التقارير عن النتائج المالية الشهرية للكيان مع تحليل معمق
• إدارة الامتثال المحلي (الضرائب/التدقيق/السكرتارية/التنظيم)
• الدعم التجاري لحالات الأعمال
• ضمان إكمال كافة التقارير المالية والإدارية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
• قيادة عملية إعداد الخطط السنوية وإعادة التوقعات والتقارير المالية الشهرية
• قيادة وتوجيه التحليل المالي، وتوفير رؤى حاسمة لاتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية وتحسين الأداء التجاري الشامل
• تحليل البيانات المالية لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص والمخاطر المحتملة والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة
• مراقبة وتحليل أداء الميزانية بشكل منتظم، وتحديد الفروقات والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية لتحسين تخصيص الموارد وإدارة التكاليف
• المراقبة الدقيقة للتقارير المالية، وتقارير المجموعة، والتدقيق القانوني، والميزانية والتنبؤ، وتقديم التقارير إلى فريق التمويل في HDQ

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• محاسب قانوني معتمد/CPA/ACCA مؤهل بخبرة 5 سنوات أو درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة بخبرة 10 سنوات
• مبادر وذو دافعية عالية.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي، والقدرة على توصيل الأفكار المالية إلى الإدارة العليا بشكل فعال وسري
• مهارات جيدة في إدارة الأشخاص في فريق متنوع متعدد الجنسيات
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
• مُلِمٌّ بالمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية والتقارير الإدارية
• المعرفة الممتازة ببرنامج Excel ضرورية

المهارات المفضلة:
