About the Job
Location: Samail, Oman
Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our store department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and inventory management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry related to inventory, stock movement, and material transactions.

Maintain up-to-date records in the SAP system.
-
Coordinate with the storekeeper and other departments to ensure accurate stock records.
-
Assist in generating inventory and material reports.
-
Support day-to-day operations in the store as needed.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry within a store or warehouse environment.
-
Mandatory experience and knowledge of SAP (inventory/materials module).
-
Good communication and organizational skills.
-
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Mechanical background or experience in handling mechanical inventory will be an added advantage.
-
Previous work experience in Oman will be a plus.

نبحث حالياً عن مشغل إدخال بيانات للانضمام إلى قسم المخازن لدينا. المرشح المثالي يمتلك خلفية قوية في إدخال البيانات وإدارة المخزون، مع التركيز على الدقة والكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء إدخال بيانات دقيقة تتعلق بالمخزون، حركة المخزون، والمعاملات المتعلقة بالمواد.
-
المحافظة على سجلات محدثة في نظام SAP.
-
التنسيق مع أمين المخزن والأقسام الأخرى لضمان دقة سجلات المخزون.
-
المساعدة في إعداد تقارير المخزون والمواد.
-
دعم العمليات اليومية في المخزن حسب الحاجة.
المتطلبات:
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدخال البيانات داخل بيئة المخزن أو المستودع.
-
خبرة ومعرفة إلزامية بنظام SAP (وحدة المخزون / المواد).
-
مهارات تواصل وتنظيم جيدة.
-
دقة في التفاصيل والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
المؤهلات المفضلة:
-
خلفية ميكانيكية أو خبرة في التعامل مع مخزون الميكانيكا تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
-
خبرة عمل سابقة في عمان تعتبر ميزة.
