Job Overview

We are hiring a Well Site Operations Supervisor based in Muscat, Oman. You will oversee day-to-day well site operations, ensuring safety, environmental protection, and operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating with service lines and subcontractors, managing personnel, and leading HSE initiatives on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HAL contractual operations at the well site under general supervision

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly maintained

• Coordinate with product service lines and third-party subcontractors to meet engineering goals

• Supervise field operations and manage HSE and logistics personnel on location

• Lead safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions

• Oversee equipment move-in, rig-up, rig-down, and move-out operations

• Prepare daily 7-day look-ahead plans for equipment, materials, and personnel

• Hold current IADC or IWCF supervisory well control certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum; undergraduate degree preferred

• Minimum 5 years rig site experience, with at least 3 years in operational management

• Supervisory well control certification (IADC or IWCF) mandatory

• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة العمليات التعاقدية لشركة HAL في موقع البئر تحت إشراف عام

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة وحماية البيئة

• التنسيق مع خطوط خدمات المنتجات والمقاولين لضمان تحقيق الأهداف الهندسية

• الإشراف على العمليات الميدانية وإدارة موظفي الصحة والسلامة واللوجستيات في الموقع

• قيادة عمليات التدقيق، التفتيش، التحقيق في الحوادث، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية

• الإشراف على عمليات نقل وتركيب وفك ونقل المعدات

• إعداد خطط أسبوعية مدروسة للمعدات والمواد والموظفين بشكل يومي

• امتلاك شهادة إشراف على تحكم الآبار من IADC أو IWCF

المؤهلات

• شهادة ثانوية كحد أدنى، ويفضل درجة جامعية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مواقع الحفر، منها 3 سنوات في الإدارة التشغيلية

• شهادة إشراف تحكم الآبار (IADC أو IWCF) ضرورية

• التزام قوي بالسلامة والعمل الجماعي والتفوق التشغيلي
