Job Overview

The Field Operator is responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the plant to support production targets. The role involves performing routine operational tasks under supervision while ensuring compliance with safety and procedural standards. Effective communication with team members and supervisors is essential to maintain reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Monitor and record equipment operational parameters in the field, reporting abnormalities to the Control Room Operator (CRO) or Supervisors.

• Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed.

• Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required.

• Regularly check pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities.

• Follow instructions from CRO or Supervisors to maintain stable plant operations and optimize production.

• Adhere to QHSE standards and procedures such as LOTO, PTW, TBT, and JHA, ensuring proper documentation.

• Participate in training and reviews of operational procedures, providing basic feedback.

⚙️ Position: Mechanical Maintenance Assistant

🛠️ Job Overview

Assist in performing assigned maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization tasks on mechanical equipment to ensure availability and reliability targets are met. Maintain effective communication with the Supervisor and Operations Team for safe and efficient facility operation.

📋 Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with planned and unplanned maintenance on rotating and static mechanical equipment (engines, compressors, turbines, pumps)

• Help troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend preventive actions

• Handle and maintain tools and equipment for maintenance tasks

• Identify and report unsafe conditions to supervisors

• Assist in creating work orders in SAP and provide information to planners for updating CMMS/SAP

• Support development of procedures and strategies to improve maintenance programs

• Monitor equipment performance through daily logs

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness during and after maintenance

• Communicate effectively with clients and customers as directed by Supervisor

• Follow Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles and responsibilities as assigned

• Comply with all company HR, Quality, HSE policies and procedures

• Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager

• دعم تطوير الإجراءات والاستراتيجيات لتحسين برامج الصيانة

• مراقبة أداء المعدات من خلال السجلات اليومية

• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المنشأة أثناء وبعد الصيانة

• التواصل المستمر والفعّال مع العملاء حسب توجيه المشرف

• الالتزام بأدوار ومسؤوليات فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ (ERT)
