Role Description

As the Operations Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our data center facility, providing strategic oversight and leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the entire operation runs with maximum efficiency, security, and reliability. This is a full-time position operating on standard day hours. The location is Ibri, Oman.

Operational & Team Leadership

• Oversee all daily activities of the data center, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted workflow.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the technical operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.

• Manage staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews to ensure adequate coverage and team effectiveness.

• تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات تشغيلية لتحسين الكفاءة والسلامة.

• إدارة جدولة الموظفين وتوزيع المهام وتقييم الأداء لضمان التغطية الفعالة وفعالية الفريق.

Role Overview

This role is vital to the success of our 24/7 operations. As a Data Center Operation Technician, you will be responsible for hands-on operation and maintenance of high-value Bitcoin mining hardware. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring peak performance of our equipment. This position requires working 12-hour rotating shifts at our data center located in Ibri, Oman.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain specialized Bitcoin mining hardware following established procedures.

• Conduct routine diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and system health monitoring to maximize equipment performance and longevity.

• Perform minor repairs, replace components, and update firmware/software as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment within the data center.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة تعدين البيتكوين المتخصصة وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة.

• إجراء فحوصات تشخيصية دورية وصيانة وقائية ومراقبة صحة النظام لضمان أفضل أداء وطول عمر المعدات.

• تنفيذ الإصلاحات الطفيفة، استبدال المكونات، وتحديث البرامج الثابتة/البرمجيات حسب الحاجة.

• الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة داخل مركز البيانات.
