Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the project’s Quality Management System in full compliance with contract specifications and relevant regulations.

• Develop and maintain quality manuals, standard operating procedures, and audit schedules.

• Supervise, manage, and mentor the QA/QC team, including site engineers and inspectors.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on all quality-related aspects.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage final quality inspections and project close-out.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC management in large-scale piling or infrastructure projects.

• Demonstrated success in implementing ISO 9001 systems and leading external audits.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Proficient in quality management tools and advanced Microsoft Office applications.

• سجل مثبت في تطبيق نظم ISO 9001 وقيادة عمليات التدقيق الخارجية.

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

• إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة الجودة وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس المتقدمة.

Excavator Operator

🚜 Position: Excavator Operator – Oman

🔑 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating 20–40 ton excavators on civil and piling works

• Valid Oman heavy equipment operator license and Oman visa

• Proven track record of safe excavation, trenching, and material handling

• Strong HSE awareness and excellent teamwork skills
