وظيفة ممرض ذكور – انضم إلى فريق الرعاية الصحية في عمان

وصف الوظيفة:

نبحث عن ممرض ذكور مؤهل ومتفهم للانضمام إلى فريق الرعاية الصحية لدينا في عمان. يجب على المرشح المثالي تقديم رعاية تمريضية محترفة للمرضى، وضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم الجسدية والعاطفية، والمساعدة في مجموعة واسعة من المهام الطبية والإدارية وفقًا للمعايير الطبية وبروتوكولات المنشأة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تقديم رعاية مباشرة للمرضى وفقًا لبروتوكولات المنشأة وتعليمات الأطباء

• مراقبة وتسجيل والإبلاغ عن الأعراض أو التغيرات في حالة المرضى

• إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب الوصفة

• مساعدة الأطباء أثناء الفحوصات والإجراءات

• تجهيز المرضى للعمليات الجراحية والمساعدة في فترة التعافي

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمرضى وتوثيقها

• التأكد من الالتزام بممارسات مكافحة العدوى ومعايير النظافة

• تقديم الدعم النفسي للمرضى وعائلاتهم

• توعية المرضى حول صيانة الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض

• الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ الطبية وتقديم الإسعافات الأولية أو الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي عند الحاجة

المؤهلات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في التمريض

• رخصة تمريض سارية من بلد المنشأ و/أو عمان (وزارة الصحة أو المجلس الطبي العماني)

• خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنتين (يفضل)

• شهادة BLS/ACLS ميزة إضافية

• مهارات اتصال وتواصل ممتازة

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات

• قدرة بدنية جيدة للعمل لفترات طويلة إذا تطلب الأمر

نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
الراتب: 450 - 500 ريال عماني شهريًا

الخبرة: طبية: 3 سنوات (يفضل)
الرخصة / الشهادات: OMSB / Prometrics (يفضل)
