Job Details

We are looking for a Safety Officer to join our on-site team in the United Arab Emirates. The role supports the Safety Manager and is responsible for enhancing safety management and performance across the region. You will work closely with international and local teams to implement and improve the “KONE Way” for Safety.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Policy & Objectives:

• Implement and improve the safety management system

• Cultivate a safety-first mindset and act as a role model

• Maintain and develop safety documentation

• Engage in safety committees and provide expert advice

• Support crisis and emergency response planning

Safety Risk Management:

• Monitor and improve safety risk tools and practices

• Support change management in safety-related projects

Safety Assurance:

• Collect and report safety data

• Monitor legal and business developments related to safety

• Conduct and support audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions

Safety Promotion:

• Enhance your safety expertise and help develop others

• Communicate safety insights and best practices proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in safety, preferably in the elevator industry

• Fluency in English is preferred

• Strong interpersonal, auditing, and analytical skills

نبحث عن ضابط سلامة للعمل ضمن فريقنا. سيتعاون هذا الدور مع مدير السلامة لتحسين الإدارة والأداء في مجال السلامة ضمن المنطقة. ستعمل بالتنسيق مع فرق محلية ودولية لتطبيق وتعزيز معايير "KONE Way" في السلامة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

سياسة وأهداف السلامة:

• تنفيذ وتحديث نظام إدارة السلامة

• تعزيز ثقافة السلامة وتقديم القدوة الحسنة

• تطوير الوثائق الخاصة بالسلامة

• المشاركة في لجان السلامة وتقديم الدعم الفني

• دعم خطط الطوارئ والأزمات

إدارة مخاطر السلامة:

• مراقبة وتحسين أدوات إدارة المخاطر

• دعم مشاريع التغيير المرتبطة بالسلامة

ضمان السلامة:

• جمع وتحليل بيانات السلامة

• مراقبة التطورات القانونية والتجارية ذات الصلة

• إجراء التدقيقات والتحقيق في الحوادث ومعالجة الأسباب الجذرية

تعزيز السلامة:

• تطوير المهارات الشخصية في مجال السلامة

• تدريب الآخرين ونشر ثقافة السلامة وأفضل الممارسات

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو خبرة معادلة في مجال ذي صلة

• من 2 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في مجال السلامة، ويفضل ضمن قطاع المصاعد

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية

• مهارات قوية في التحليل والتدقيق والتواصل
