Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance

Key Accountabilities -

• Description Performance Indicators / Key Expected
• Enterprise Risk Management:
• Responsible for oversight the adherence to requirements set in shareholders (ASYAD GROUP and OIA) Policies and Guidelines relating to risk management including framework and risk appetite statement on risk and compliance, risk maturity assessment, and business continuity management
• Periodically Review, recommend changes and endorse the risk management and compliance policy, framework and risk appetite statement for Risk and Investment Committee (RIC), and Audit Committee review and endorsement taking into account the Entity’s business, changes in market conditions, investment and expansion course.

ICV Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

• The Group ICV Manager will be responsible for exploring business opportunities ASYAD to develop and strengthen the local markets of Oman and the development and implementation of ASYAD ICV strategy.
• Strategic business drive to maximize group ICV contribution including aggregate group ICV performance, and reporting. 
• Develop competitive and sustainable local supply market through consolidated demand.
• As well implement and executes the ICV processes and activities providing analysis and recommendations for the ICV elements of the Contracts.
• Work closely with external stakeholders OIA, MOCI and other government entities, establish engagement sessions with industry suppliers, represent Asyad ICV in relevant events, participate in developing Asyads long-term ICV strategy, cascade and influence other subsidiary teams.
• The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines, and international standards, supported by IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani’s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives.

Internal Audit Director

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CA, or ACCA is required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive audit experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), risk management, and corporate governance
• .Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., logistics, transport, or port operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and audit management software.

Legal Director

Job-Specific Skills:

Second Engineer 

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Supervise and execute maintenance work in the Engine Room and Department.
• Supervise and execute all technical maintenance in Engine room, deck machinery, and all other departments.
• Make sure all the machineries and safety systems are working safely, efficiently and within the provided parameters.
• Task as per muster roll.
• Ensure that the ship is ready in all technical respects for any operational requirement.
• Assist in ensuring that the ship is seaworthy at all times.Maintain all relevant records of maintenance.
• Ensure that pollution prevention equipment is onboard.
• Determine the number of consumables and spare parts.Order bunkers and lubricants for Engine Department.
• Manage the emergency machinery, equipment’s, and is responsible for operation and maintenance of life saving appliances and firefighting appliances within the engine room.Familiarize the crew member with safety features of the ship.Supervise the engine crew for training them to operate pollution prevention machineries.Provide efficient and sufficient orientation instructions and trainings for Engine Crew.

• المسؤول عن الإشراف على الالتزام بالمتطلبات المحددة في سياسات وإرشادات المساهمين (مجموعة أسياد ومكتب المراجعة الداخلية) المتعلقة بإدارة المخاطر بما في ذلك إطار العمل وبيان شهية المخاطر بشأن المخاطر والامتثال وتقييم نضج المخاطر وإدارة استمرارية الأعمال.

غرض الوظيفة:

• سيكون مدير القيمة المحلية المضافة للمجموعة مسؤولاً عن استكشاف الفرص التجارية لشركة أسياد لتطوير وتعزيز الأسواق المحلية في سلطنة عمان وتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية القيمة المحلية المضافة لشركة أسياد.
• حملة عمل استراتيجية لتعظيم مساهمة القيمة المحلية المضافة للمجموعة بما في ذلك الأداء الإجمالي للقيمة المحلية المضافة للمجموعة وإعداد التقارير. 
• تطوير سوق العرض المحلي التنافسي والمستدام من خلال الطلب الموحد.
• كما يقوم بتنفيذ عمليات وأنشطة القيمة المحلية المضافة من خلال تقديم التحليلات والتوصيات لعناصر القيمة المحلية المضافة في العقود.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين مثل مكتب المراجعة الداخلية ووزارة التجارة والصناعة وغيرها من الجهات الحكومية، وإنشاء جلسات مشاركة مع موردي الصناعة، وتمثيل القيمة المحلية المضافة لمجموعة أسياد في الفعاليات ذات الصلة، والمشاركة في تطوير استراتيجية القيمة المحلية المضافة طويلة الأجل لمجموعة أسياد، والتواصل والتأثير على الفرق الفرعية الأخرى.

مدير التدقيق الداخلي

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. مطلوب شهادة مهنية مثل CIA أو CPA أو CA أو ACCA.
• حد أدنى 8 سنوات من الخبرة التدريجية في التدقيق، مع ما لا يقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في دور قيادي.
• معرفة قوية بأطر الرقابة الداخلية (على سبيل المثال، COSO)، وإدارة المخاطر، وحوكمة الشركات
• .الخبرة في [المعرفة الخاصة بالصناعة، على سبيل المثال، الخدمات اللوجستية، أو النقل، أو عمليات الموانئ هي ميزة إضافية.

المساءلة:

• الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة وتنفيذها في غرفة المحركات والقسم.
• الإشراف على وتنفيذ جميع أعمال الصيانة الفنية في غرفة المحركات وآلات السطح وجميع الأقسام الأخرى.
• تأكد من أن جميع الآلات وأنظمة السلامة تعمل بأمان وكفاءة وضمن المعايير المحددة.
• المهمة حسب قائمة التجمع.
• تأكد من أن السفينة جاهزة من جميع النواحي الفنية لأي متطلب تشغيلي.
• المساعدة في ضمان أن السفينة صالحة للإبحار في جميع الأوقات. الاحتفاظ بجميع السجلات ذات الصلة بالصيانة.
• تأكد من وجود معدات منع التلوث على متن الطائرة.
• تحديد عدد المواد الاستهلاكية وقطع الغيار.طلب الوقود ومواد التشحيم لقسم المحركات.
• إدارة الآلات والمعدات الطارئة، وهو المسؤول عن تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة إنقاذ الحياة وأجهزة مكافحة الحرائق داخل غرفة المحرك. تعريف أفراد الطاقم بميزات السلامة في السفينة. الإشراف على طاقم المحرك لتدريبهم على تشغيل آلات منع التلوث. تقديم تعليمات وتدريبات توجيهية فعالة وكافية لطاقم المحرك.
