We’re searching for a talented Project Director with a proven track record in refurbishment and alterations—especially in delivering luxury 5-star hospitality developments.

🏨 Project Scope:

Refurbishment of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Muscat. The scale is ambitious. The standards are elite. The reward is in successful delivery.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic decision-making to ensure alignment with project goals and client vision

• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Drive the project timeline, cost controls, and quality benchmarks

• Ensure seamless execution from design through handover, maintaining momentum and standards

🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 12 years’ experience, particularly in hospitality refurbishment and alterations

• Strong creative and technical thinker with an eye for detail

Proficiency in:

• Microsoft Project
• Oracle Primavera
• Power BI

نحن نبحث عن مدير مشروع موهوب يتمتع بسجل حافل في مجال التجديد والتعديلات - وخاصة في تقديم مشاريع الضيافة الفاخرة من فئة 5 نجوم .

🏨 نطاق المشروع :

تجديد فندق خمس نجوم مرموق في مسقط. نطاق العمل طموح، ومعاييره راقية، والمكافأة هي النجاح في التنفيذ.

🧩 المسؤوليات الرئيسية :

• قيادة عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية لضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع ورؤية العميل

• إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة والتعاون مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين

• قيادة الجدول الزمني للمشروع، وضوابط التكلفة، ومعايير الجودة

• ضمان التنفيذ السلس من التصميم حتى التسليم، والحفاظ على الزخم والمعايير

🎯 المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة :

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة البناء أو الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا ، وخاصة في مجال تجديد وتعديلات الضيافة

• مفكر قوي ومبدع وتقني مع عين للتفاصيل

• مشروع مايكروسوفت
• أوراكل بريمافيرا
• باور بي آي
