SOAR Engineer (Cortex XSOAR) – Opportunity in Oman | Automate Cyber Defense at Scale 

Position Summary

We are hiring a SOAR Engineer with deep expertise in Cortex XSOAR (formerly Demisto) to join our on-site team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will bring strong Python scripting skills, a solid grasp of security operations, and a passion for building effective automated response workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation playbooks and custom integrations in Cortex XSOAR

Work alongside SOC analysts and incident response teams to identify and implement automation opportunities

Integrate SOAR platform with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, threat intelligence platforms, and other security tools

Continuously optimize existing playbooks to boost performance and minimize response times

Requirements

Proven experience working with Cortex XSOAR

Strong Python scripting and coding abilities

Knowledge of security operations, incident response, and integration of security tools

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
