I&C Engineer – Join Our Expert Maintenance Team in Oman 

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance for I&C systems and equipment, particularly for RO Plants

• Schedule maintenance tasks in line with OEM recommendations and insurance guidelines

• Perform Root Cause Analysis for unplanned outages and breakdowns, and take proactive measures to prevent recurrence

• Develop Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies for C&I equipment

• Maintain an asset list and equipment history, ensuring proper documentation

• Compile monthly activity reports and detailed reports on inspections, material, manpower used, and any concerns

• Manage spare parts and inventory, ensuring critical spares are maintained with economic investment, and implementing stock controls

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience in I&C maintenance, particularly in RO Plants or similar industries

• Strong experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, as well as Root Cause Analysis

• Ability to develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategies

• Excellent reporting and communication skills

عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مهندس I&C متميز للقيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية، التنبؤية، والصيانة في حالات الأعطال لأنظمة ومعدات I&C بطريقة آمنة. الهدف الرئيسي سيكون ضمان موثوقية الأنظمة وتوافرها وتقليل معدلات الفشل، دون أي تهاون في السلامة.

المهام الوظيفية

• القيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية لأنظمة ومعدات I&C، وخاصة في محطات تحلية المياه (RO)

• جدولة مهام الصيانة وفقًا لتوصيات الشركات المصنعة (OEM) وإرشادات التأمين

• إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال غير المخطط لها واتخاذ إجراءات استباقية لمنع تكرارها

• تطوير استراتيجيات الصيانة المبنية على موثوقية الأنظمة (RCM) للمعدات المتعلقة بـ C&I

• الحفاظ على قائمة الأصول وسجل المعدات مع ضمان التوثيق المناسب

• إعداد تقارير النشاط الشهرية وتقارير مفصلة بعد كل فحص تشمل الأنشطة المنفذة، المواد، العمالة المستخدمة، والتكاليف، وأي ملاحظات مهمة

• إدارة قطع الغيار والمخزون لضمان توفر القطع الحاسمة مع استثمار اقتصادي، وتنفيذ التحكم في المخزون

متطلبات الوظيفة

• درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة

• خبرة مثبتة في صيانة I&C، وخاصة في محطات RO أو صناعات مشابهة

• خبرة قوية في الصيانة الوقائية، التنبؤية، والصيانة في حالات الأعطال، بالإضافة إلى تحليل الأسباب الجذرية

• القدرة على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الصيانة المعتمدة على الموثوقية

• مهارات ممتازة في إعداد التقارير والتواصل
