About the Role

As a Senior in Audit & Assurance, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also play a key role in understanding the clients' needs and guiding the audit process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by understanding their expectations and what matters to them

• Deliver high-quality services by managing business processes and controls in compliance with regulations and risk management

• Understand industry statistics and key business matters before the engagement begins

• Adapt templates and referral instructions to outline the scope of audit procedures

• Liaise effectively with onshore and offshore Centers of Excellence to ensure efficient collaboration

Job Requirements

• Omani National

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Previous experience in Audit & Assurance with a reputable firm

• Strong understanding of business processes, regulations, and risk management

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• تعديل القوالب والتعليمات المرجعية لتحديد نطاق الإجراءات التي سيتم تنفيذها

• التنسيق الفعّال مع مراكز التميز على اليابسة والمياه لضمان التعاون الفعال

متطلبات الوظيفة

• عُماني الجنسية

• درجة بكاليريوس في المحاسبة، المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة سابقة في التدقيق والضمان مع شركة مرموقة

• فهم قوي لعمليات الأعمال، الأنظمة، وإدارة المخاطر

• مهارات اتصال وبناء علاقات متميزة
