Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Brownfield Project Experience

• Lead and manage the implementation of HSE programs in a Brownfield work environment.

• Coordinate and execute safety systems for complex, existing site infrastructure and ensure effective HSE compliance.

⚖️ HSE Program Leadership

• Implement and lead HSE programs to ensure all work activities are executed in a safe and compliant manner.

• Ensure the availability of the necessary resources to execute site work activities while maintaining high safety standards.

🦺 Safety Culture & Stop Work Authority

• Foster a safe work environment by encouraging personnel to exercise their stop work authority whenever unsafe conditions are observed.

• Provide leadership to empower site personnel to ensure everyone adheres to safety protocols and raises safety concerns.

🕵️‍♂️ Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis

• Lead investigations and root cause analysis of incidents and near-miss events to implement corrective measures and prevent future occurrences.

📑 Permit Work System Coordination

• Oversee and implement permit work systems to manage and control high-risk tasks.

• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems, performing regular audits to mitigate safety risks.

🛠️ Client and HSE Alignment

• Ensure alignment with client purpose, HSE values, and key behaviors to achieve safety and operational excellence.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination regarding HSE standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in Brownfield projects.

• Preferably PMP professional or equivalent project management certification.

• Ability to be mobilized within a month.

• Experience in coordinating and implementing Permit-to-Work systems.

• Proven ability to lead HSE program implementation, manage safety resources, and ensure site personnel comply with HSE values and safety standards.

• Experience in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and developing corrective actions.

• ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة تصريح العمل، وإجراء تدقيقات منتظمة لتقليل المخاطر السلامة.

🧭 Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager with a solid background in health, safety, and environmental management, particularly within Brownfield construction and commissioning projects. This role requires the ability to manage and implement safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate a safe working environment for all project personnel.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Project HSE Management

• Develop and implement project HSE procedures.

• Monitor the implementation of HSE programs throughout different project phases.

• Ensure compliance with environmental management tasks related to the project scope of work.

🛠️ Safety & Risk Management

• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

• Track and implement corrective actions based on audit results.

• Incident reporting and classification: Investigate incidents thoroughly and track the implementation of lessons learned and corrective actions.

📊 Training & Resource Management

• Manage the HSE training program and allocate necessary resources.

• Lead return to work and case management following work-related injuries/illnesses.

🛑 Emergency Response & Preparedness

• Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response and preparedness plans.

🎓 Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Health, or an Engineering/Science-related discipline.

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HSE, particularly in Brownfield construction and commissioning projects.

• Experience with Permit Work Systems coordination and implementation.

• Must be interviewed and approved by the client prior to mobilization.

• Strong ability to develop and manage HSE deliverables for the project.

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطط شاملة لـ الاستجابة للطوارئ والتأهب.

🎓 المتطلبات الرئيسية

• درجة بكالوريوس في البيئة أو السلامة أو الصحة أو تخصصات الهندسة/العلوم ذات الصلة.

• شهادة NEBOSH IGC (شهادة عامة دولية).

• حد أدنى من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال HSE، خاصة في مشاريع البناء والتشغيل في المواقع القديمة.

• خبرة في تنسيق وتنفيذ نظام العمل بالإذن.
