Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre announces the following vacancies

• The Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre is located in its own fully integrated precinct only four kilometers from Muscat International Airport. The design of the Centre ensures a flow of the meeting spaces to suit the most discerning conference and exhibition organizers. It also incorporates expansive concourse areas to enable ease of large delegations with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking landscaped gardens and water features.

• The Centre features two-tiered auditoriums to seat 3,200 and 456, while the five exhibition halls feature 22,396 square meters of column-free exhibition space. Hall 1 acts as a multi-purpose space for plenary sessions, concerts, performances, and gala dinners on a larger scale. Halls 1 & 2 combined can seat over 10,000 seated in theatre-style.

• The Centre also includes an additional 20 meeting rooms for 25-360 delegates, the Grand Ballroom seats up to 1,100 guests in banquet style, the Junior Ballroom seats up to 540 guests for a banquet, 10 hospitality suites, and a VIP Pavilion. In total, the Centre offers over 55 meeting space options plus a multi-story car park with a capacity for 4,000 vehicles.
• The Precinct provides the infrastructure necessary to host successful international, regional, and local events and is there for the enjoyment of delegates, visitors, and the local community. The precinct includes a JW Marriott Hotel (five-star) linked to the Convention Centre, Crowne Plaza Hotel (four-star). A business park, surrounded by a nature reserve, which is a haven for Oman’s exotic birdlife, together with parklands and a wadi (valley), is also part of this picturesque precinct.

1️⃣ Corporate Communication and Creative Executive

Job Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Corporate Communication and Creative Executive to strengthen our brand’s voice and visual identity.
•  In this role, you will develop and manage internal and external communication strategies that align with our corporate objectives.
•  Responsibilities include writing press releases, preparing executive speeches, handling social media content, and crafting creative campaigns that elevate our public presence. 
• You will also collaborate with graphic designers and media teams to ensure consistent and professional branding across all platforms.
•  A key part of your role is maintaining media relationships and monitoring public perception through digital tools.
•  The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Arabic, highly creative, and possesses a solid understanding of PR best practices, content development, and brand storytelling. 
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in corporate communication or a similar role.

2️⃣ Marketing and Branding Manager

Job Description:

• We are seeking a visionary Marketing and Branding Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that position OCEC as a world-class venue.
•  You will be responsible for building the brand image, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and creating compelling content to attract both local and international clients. 
• This includes market research, campaign analytics, brand audits, and stakeholder engagement. 
• You will guide a team of marketers and designers to deliver impactful messaging, while maintaining consistency across all branding materials.
•  The ideal candidate should have proven experience in strategic marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the events or hospitality sector. 
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required—an MBA is preferred.
•  Fluency in English and Arabic, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in branding and marketing roles are expected.

• يقع مركز عُمان للمؤتمرات والمعارض في منطقة متكاملة متكاملة الخدمات، على بُعد أربعة كيلومترات فقط من مطار مسقط الدولي. يضمن تصميم المركز تنظيمًا متناسقًا لقاعات الاجتماعات بما يناسب أذواق منظمي المؤتمرات والمعارض الأكثر تميزًا. كما يضم المركز قاعات استقبال واسعة تُسهّل استقبال الوفود الكبيرة، مع نوافذ ممتدة من الأرضية إلى السقف تُطل على حدائق خلابة ونوافير مائية.

• يضم المركز قاعاتٍ من طابقين تتسع لـ 3200 و456 شخصًا، بينما تضم ​​قاعات العرض الخمس مساحة عرض خالية من الأعمدة تبلغ 22,396 مترًا مربعًا. تُعدّ القاعة 1 مساحةً متعددة الاستخدامات للجلسات العامة والحفلات الموسيقية والعروض وحفلات العشاء الكبرى. تتسع القاعتان 1 و2 معًا لأكثر من 10,000 شخص، بنمط مسرحي.

• يضم المركز أيضًا 20 قاعة اجتماعات إضافية تتسع من 25 إلى 360 شخصًا، وقاعة الحفلات الكبرى تتسع لما يصل إلى 1100 ضيف في حفلات الولائم، وقاعة الحفلات الصغيرة تتسع لما يصل إلى 540 ضيفًا في حفلات الولائم، و10 أجنحة ضيافة، وجناحًا لكبار الشخصيات. يوفر المركز إجمالًا أكثر من 55 خيارًا لقاعات الاجتماعات، بالإضافة إلى موقف سيارات متعدد الطوابق يتسع لـ 4000 سيارة.

المسمى الوظيفي:

2️⃣مدير التسويق والعلامة التجارية

المسمى الوظيفي:

• نحن نبحث عن مدير تسويق وعلامة تجارية ذو رؤية واضحة لقيادة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق التي تضع OCEC كمكان عالمي المستوى.
•  ستكون مسؤولاً عن بناء صورة العلامة التجارية، والإشراف على الحملات التسويقية، وإدارة القنوات الرقمية، وإنشاء محتوى مقنع لجذب العملاء المحليين والدوليين. 
• ويتضمن ذلك أبحاث السوق، وتحليلات الحملات، وعمليات تدقيق العلامة التجارية، وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة. 
• ستقوم بإرشاد فريق من المسوقين والمصممين لتقديم رسائل مؤثرة، مع الحفاظ على الاتساق في جميع مواد العلامة التجارية.
•  يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة مثبتة في التسويق الاستراتيجي، ومهارات قيادية ممتازة، وفهم عميق لقطاع الأحداث أو الضيافة. 
• يُشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة - ويُفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال.
