Civil Project Manager Opportunity in Oman – Lead, Plan & Deliver Excellence 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, execution, and successful completion of civil engineering projects. You will manage all project phases—from concept through delivery—ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and code-adherent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from feasibility and design through construction and completion

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Team Leadership & Management

• Manage and mentor project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

Budget & Resource Management

• Develop and manage project budgets to meet financial objectives

• Allocate resources efficiently to maintain project timelines and quality

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تخطيط المشروع والتنسيق

• قيادة وتنسيق مشاريع الهندسة المدنية من دراسة الجدوى والتصميم حتى البناء والانتهاء

• تطوير وإدارة خطط المشروع التفصيلية بما يشمل الجداول الزمنية، الميزانيات، وتوزيع الموارد

• التنسيق مع العملاء، والاستشاريين، والمقاولين، والفرق الداخلية لتحقيق أهداف المشروع

• تحديد مخاطر المشروع ووضع استراتيجيات للتقليل منها

القيادة وإدارة الفريق

• إدارة وتوجيه فرق المشروع لضمان التواصل الفعّال والتعاون المثمر

• الإشراف على المقاولين والمقاولين الفرعيين لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المواصفات ومعايير الجودة

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمتابعة التقدم وحل المشكلات

إدارة الميزانية والموارد

• إعداد وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المالية

• تخصيص الموارد بشكل فعّال للحفاظ على الجداول الزمنية وجودة العمل
