About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Cementing Engineer to lead and execute cementing operations in Oman. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects within the oil & gas field services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in cementing job design, planning, and on-site execution, with a commitment to HSE and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute both primary and remedial cementing operations

• Lead cementing field operations and support junior engineers and crew

• Ensure all cementing equipment is properly maintained and functioning

• Collaborate with clients and drilling teams to align job objectives

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all cementing activities

• Follow all company and client HSE procedures and policies

• Improve cementing operations with innovative techniques and process enhancements

نبحث عن مهندس إسمنت ذو كفاءة عالية لإدارة وتنفيذ عمليات الإسمنت في مواقع العمل بسلطنة عمان. تعتبر هذه الفرصة مميزة للعمل على مشاريع متنوعة وصعبة ضمن خدمات آبار النفط والغاز، مع التركيز على السلامة والكفاءة وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.

المهام الرئيسية

• تصميم وتنفيذ عمليات الإسمنت الأساسية والتصحيحية

• قيادة العمليات الميدانية وتوجيه المهندسين المبتدئين وأعضاء الطاقم

• ضمان صيانة وتشغيل معدات الإسمنت بكفاءة

• التنسيق مع العملاء وفرق الحفر لضمان تحقيق أهداف العمل

• إعداد وتوثيق تقارير العمليات لجميع مهام الإسمنت

• الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء

• تحسين أداء عمليات الإسمنت من خلال الابتكار والتطوير المستمر
