About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and executing projects within approved parameters such as cost, timelines, functionality, and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, while also managing risks and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and objectives

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project success

• Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges

• Regularly communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

• Monitor project financials and make recommendations to adjust resources and timelines as needed

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• 14+ years of experience in managing luxury residential mid to high-rise buildings in a large masterplan community

• Previous experience with a reputable developer in the UAE or Oman, familiar with local codes and standards

• Result-oriented, ensuring operational excellence and delivering best results

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage people and solve problems efficiently

• Must be currently based in the UAE or Oman

• القدرة على تحقيق النتائج وضمان التميز التشغيلي في مجالات المسؤولية

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على إدارة الأشخاص وحل المشكلات بكفاءة

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاليًا مقيمًا في الإمارات أو عمان
