About the Project

This opportunity is part of a major mixed-use development in Oman, featuring expansive commercial buildings, premium retail spaces, and beautifully designed public realms and landscaping.

Role Purpose

We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee the project’s execution, ensuring exceptional standards in safety, quality, budget, schedule, sustainability, and compliance. You’ll play a critical role in delivering a flagship development in the heart of Oman.

Responsibilities

Lead site construction activities to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to required quality

Ensure strict adherence to local health and safety regulations

Champion Mace’s “Safety First” value, creating a safe working environment for all

Promote diversity and inclusion on site, supporting a healthy and positive workplace culture

Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align with project goals

Requirements

Proven experience managing large-scale construction or mixed-use projects

In-depth knowledge of local construction standards and HSE regulations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Track record of maintaining quality and compliance in high-profile developments

نبحث عن مدير إنشاءات لقيادة تنفيذ المشروع وضمان أعلى المعايير في السلامة، الجودة، الميزانية، الجدول الزمني، الاستدامة، والامتثال. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تسليم مشروع بارز يشكل معلمًا حضريًا في عمان.

قيادة أنشطة البناء في الموقع وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية وبجودة عالية

ضمان الالتزام التام باللوائح المحلية للصحة والسلامة
