About the Role
We’re hiring a Property Manager (X165-ESG) to oversee a small/medium-sized Real Estate Services (RES) Major Property Location (MPL) site in Oman. The site may include offices, labs, manufacturing units, or warehouse facilities — often within a campus environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily operations and maintenance of RES MPL site
Develop, propose, and execute the expense budget and capital plan for the property
Lead and supervise a team of up to 20 technical and maintenance staff
Oversee and ensure performance of outsourced services including food, janitorial, landscaping, and facility maintenance
Act as the key RES liaison for all levels of corporate leadership
Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainability standards are consistently met
Requirements
Extensive experience in facilities management or real estate operations
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Ability to manage vendors and outsourced service providers effectively
Strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Familiarity with campus-style facilities or multi-building property sites

نبحث عن مدير ممتلكات (X165-ESG) لإدارة موقع عقاري رئيسي تابع لخدمات العقارات (RES) في عمان، بحجم صغير أو متوسط. قد يشمل الموقع مبانٍ إدارية، مختبرات، منشآت صناعية، أو مستودعات — وغالبًا ما يكون ضمن مجمّع أو بيئة متعددة المباني.
المهام الرئيسية
تخطيط وإدارة عمليات التشغيل والصيانة اليومية للموقع
إعداد وتنفيذ ميزانية التشغيل والخطة الرأسمالية الخاصة بالعقار
قيادة فريق مكوّن من ما يصل إلى 20 موظفًا تقنيًا وحرفيًا في مجال الصيانة
الإشراف على الخدمات المتعاقد عليها مثل الطعام، النظافة، التنسيق الخارجي، والصيانة العامة
تمثيل قسم خدمات العقارات والتواصل مع جميع مستويات الإدارة في الشركة
ضمان التشغيل الأمثل والامتثال للوائح والمعايير البيئية والاستدامة
الشروط
خبرة واسعة في إدارة المنشآت أو تشغيل العقارات
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الفرق
القدرة على التعامل الفعّال مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين
تفكير استراتيجي مع تنفيذ فعّال على أرض الواقع
معرفة بالتعامل مع مواقع متعددة المباني أو مجمّعات عقارية
