Sohar University is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join its Student Services Department for a temporary fixed-term contract. This position is available for immediate appointment and offers the opportunity to work in a modern and progressive institution that is committed to the economic and cultural well-being of Oman.

Key Responsibilities

🎓 Student Support Services – Provide assistance and guidance to students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
📚 Administrative Support – Support administrative tasks within the department, including organizing events, maintaining student records, and assisting with inquiries.
📊 Data Management – Manage and process student-related data efficiently and accurately.
🤝 Collaboration – Work with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of student services and ensure the overall well-being of students.
📅 Event Planning & Coordination – Organize student-focused events, orientations, and workshops as required.
📝 Reporting & Documentation – Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of student services activities and progress.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
💼 Experience – 2 - 4 years of experience in student services, academic support, or related roles.
🔧 Skills – Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🌍 Language Skills – Proficient in English (both written and spoken); Arabic is an added advantage.
💻 Software Proficiency – Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and student management software is desirable.

📅 تنظيم الفعاليات والتنسيق – تنظيم الفعاليات وورش العمل الخاصة بالطلاب حسب الحاجة.
📝 إعداد التقارير والتوثيق – إعداد التقارير والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة خدمات الطلاب وتقدمهم.

المؤهلات والخبرة

🎓 التعليم – درجة بكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة.
💼 الخبرة – من 2 إلى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في خدمات الطلاب أو الدعم الأكاديمي أو الأدوار ذات الصلة.
🔧 المهارات – مهارات تنظيمية، تواصلية، وتعاون قوية.
🌍 مهارات اللغة – إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة)؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
💻 إتقان البرمجيات – إلمام ببرامج Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة الطلاب يعد ميزة إضافية.
