Position: Assistant Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis

Location: Sohar, Oman

Intro:

Hutchison Ports Sohar, a global leader in port operations, is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis to join our dynamic finance team. If you are passionate about financial analysis, planning, and strategy, and you bring expertise from a Big 4 accounting firm or a multinational company, we want you to be part of our growing team.

Details:

• Manage financial planning and analysis processes to ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

• Provide detailed reports and forecasts for management to support decision-making.

• Analyze financial data to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Supervise and guide junior finance team members.

• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Conditions:

• 5-7 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or a multinational company.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Member of a professional body such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق المالي المبتدئين وتوجيههم.

• المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية والتقارير المالية مع ضمان الدقة في الوقت المحدد.

الشروط:

• 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في شركة محاسبة كبرى أو شركة متعددة الجنسيات.

• درجة بكاليروس في المالية أو المحاسبة.

• عضوية في هيئة مهنية مثل CA أو ACCA أو CIMA أو CPA.

• معرفة قوية بأدوات التحليل المالي والإبلاغ.

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وتحقيق المواعيد النهائية.
