Requirements

• Effectively execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans across multiple rigs to reduce downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

• Understand rig operations to best utilize flat times for preventive maintenance activities.

• Strong financial awareness and budget control.

• Monitor and ensure timely closure of work orders, maintaining accurate records within the company’s Computerized Preventive Maintenance System (CPMS).

• Evaluate recurring equipment failures, determine root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
