We're Hiring – CCR Operator (Omani Nationals Only)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CCR Operator to join our dynamic operations team at Sohar Cement. This role is a key position within the cement manufacturing process, ensuring optimal performance of plant machinery and systems from the central control room (CCR). As a CCR Operator, you will monitor production parameters, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with field teams to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control cement plant operations through the CCR, ensuring steady and optimal performance

• Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues

• Maintain accurate records of process parameters and production data

• Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, adjusting settings to maintain efficiency and quality

• Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Participate in daily operational meetings and provide inputs for improvement

• Assist with training and development of junior operators

• Support routine and emergency shutdown procedures

• Maintain communication with shift supervisors and other departments

• Contribute to continuous improvement in process optimization and cost reduction

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be an Omani national

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a CCR Operator in a cement manufacturing plant

• In-depth knowledge of cement production processes and equipment

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

• Proficiency in computer-based control systems

فرصة عمل – مشغل غرفة التحكم (CCR Operator)

تعلن شركة صحار للأسمنت عن حاجتها لتوظيف مشغل غرفة تحكم مركزي (CCR Operator) من الكوادر العمانية، للانضمام إلى فريق العمليات. يشغل هذا الدور أهمية كبيرة ضمن عملية تصنيع الأسمنت، حيث يتولى مراقبة الأنظمة والمعدات من غرفة التحكم المركزية لضمان التشغيل المثالي.

المهام الرئيسية:

• مراقبة وتشغيل العمليات الإنتاجية من غرفة التحكم المركزية بكفاءة

• التنسيق مع المشغلين في الميدان وفِرق الصيانة لحل المشكلات الفنية

• تسجيل البيانات التشغيلية ومعايير الإنتاج بدقة

• تحديد الأعطال التشغيلية واقتراح التعديلات اللازمة لضمان الكفاءة

• الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات السلامة والبيئة

• المشاركة في الاجتماعات اليومية لتطوير الأداء

• المساعدة في تدريب المشغلين الجدد

• تنفيذ إجراءات الإغلاق الروتيني والطوارئ

• الحفاظ على التواصل المستمر مع المشرفين وبقية الأقسام

• المساهمة في تحسين الأداء وتقليل التكاليف

المتطلبات:

• أن يكون المتقدم عماني الجنسية

• خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في نفس المجال داخل مصنع أسمنت

• معرفة تامة بعمليات ومعدات إنتاج الأسمنت

• مهارات تحليل واتخاذ قرار قوية

• القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات وتحت الضغط

• التزام بالسلامة والجودة والعمل الجماعي

• إتقان استخدام أنظمة التحكم بالحاسوب
