We are seeking a talented Digital Media & Marketing Manager with proven expertise in driving digital campaigns and brand awareness. This role requires hands-on experience in digital media strategies, SEO, content marketing, and social media management. You will work closely with the team to reshape our digital presence and elevate Nesto Group’s brand across Oman.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital media and marketing

• Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics

• Proven ability to create and execute digital marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility

• Manage and optimize social media channels and campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content

• Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs

• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and new marketing tools

الشروط

• خبرة واسعة في التسويق الإعلامي الرقمي

• معرفة قوية بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تحسين محركات البحث (SEO)، تسويق المحتوى، وتحليل البيانات

• القدرة على إنشاء وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية رقمية

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على القيادة

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في بيئة سريعة التغيير

المسؤوليات

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي لزيادة وضوح العلامة التجارية

• إدارة وتحسين قنوات وحملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

• التعاون مع فريق التسويق لإنشاء محتوى جذاب

• مراقبة الأداء وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)

• متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات الرقمية وأدوات التسويق الجديدة
