Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Estimation & Tendering Engineer located in Muscat. The role involves overseeing day-to-day tasks related to the estimation and tendering processes within the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Estimation & Budget Management
Perform cost estimations for HVAC projects and manage budgets effectively.
Prepare accurate financial forecasts for projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
Contract & Change Management
Handle contract management duties, ensuring all terms are clear and adhered to.
Manage change requests and modifications to contracts as necessary.
Site Assessment & Market Research
Conduct site assessments to gather relevant data for tendering and estimation.
Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends, costs, and competitor activities.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver quality projects.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
Quality Assurance & HVAC Design
Ensure that all HVAC designs meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
Provide input on HVAC system designs, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in HVAC quantity surveying, preferably within the GCC region.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تقدير التكاليف وإدارة الميزانية
إجراء تقديرات التكاليف للمشاريع وإدارة الميزانيات بشكل فعال.
إعداد التوقعات المالية الدقيقة للمشاريع، مع ضمان التوافق مع مواصفات العملاء ومعايير الشركة.
إدارة العقود وإدارة التغييرات
التعامل مع إدارة العقود وضمان وضوح الشروط والالتزام بها.
إدارة طلبات التغيير والتعديلات على العقود حسب الحاجة.
تقييم الموقع وبحث السوق
إجراء تقييمات للموقع لجمع البيانات اللازمة للتقديرات والعروض.
إجراء بحث سوقي للبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات في الصناعة وتكاليف المنافسين.
التعاون والإرشاد
التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لتنفيذ المشاريع بجودة عالية.
إرشاد الموظفين المبتدئين والمساهمة في تطوير مهاراتهم المهنية.
ضمان الجودة وتصميم أنظمة التكييف
ضمان أن جميع تصاميم أنظمة التكييف تلبي معايير الجودة العالية وتوقعات العملاء.
تقديم مدخلات بشأن تصميمات أنظمة التكييف لضمان الكفاءة والأداء الأمثل.
المؤهلات
درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة في مسح كميات أنظمة التكييف والتهوية، ويفضل في منطقة الخليج العربي.
