Lead Operational Excellence in Oman: Manager, Operation Excellence at Tech & Digital
Role Purpose
As the Manager, Operation Excellence, you will be responsible for managing and improving the performance and quality of the Digital & Applications Unit. This role encompasses various aspects including IT Performance Management, Vendor Management, Audit & Security Compliance, and Talent Strategy initiatives for upskilling and reskilling resources.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Performance
Enhance the performance and quality of the Digital & Applications Unit, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee IT Performance Management to ensure systems and applications function efficiently.
Vendor & Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to Vendor Management best practices.
Maintain Audit & Security Compliance to safeguard digital assets and services.
Talent Strategy & Development
Develop and implement strategies to upskill and reskill team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
You have 6 years of experience, with leadership experience being an advantage.
You are skilled in managing operational processes and enhancing performance within a digital context.

ضمان الامتثال لأمن البيانات و الامتثال للتدقيق والأمن.
استراتيجية تطوير المهارات والمواهب
وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتطوير المهارات وتدريب الفريق لتحفيز ثقافة الأداء العالي.
الشروط
حاصل على درجة بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
لديك 6 سنوات من الخبرة، مع ميزة في الخبرة القيادية.
متمكن في إدارة العمليات التشغيلية وتحسين الأداء في سياق رقمي.
