About the Role

As the Senior Solar PV Engineer/Project Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and operation of solar power systems. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful installations and smooth operation of solar PV systems. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, conducting site assessments, and applying technical expertise to create efficient and sustainable solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Oversight

Lead and manage solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at each phase

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines

Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to installation

Technical Expertise & Design

Design on-grid and off-grid solar PV systems with technical proficiency in PV design and electrical design

Conduct site assessments and offer design recommendations based on technical findings

Team Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met

Who You Are

A seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in the solar industry

Proficient in AutoCAD, PVSyst, and solar PV technology

Experienced in managing solar projects and installations

Fluent in English and have strong communication and interpersonal skills

بصفتك مهندس طاقة شمسية كبير/مدير مشاريع، ستتولى مسؤولية تصميم وتنفيذ وتشغيل أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية. ستدير المشاريع من البداية حتى النهاية، مع ضمان النجاح التام للمشاريع والتشغيل السلس لأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة، إجراء التقييمات الميدانية، وتقديم الخبرة التقنية لضمان حلول طاقة شمسية فعالة ومستدامة.

المسؤوليات الأساسية

إدارة المشاريع والإشراف

قيادة وإدارة مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية من البداية حتى النهاية مع ضمان الجودة والكفاءة في كل مرحلة

التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف والجداول الزمنية للمشروع

تقديم التوجيه الفني طوال دورة حياة المشروع، من التصميم إلى التركيب

الخبرة التقنية والتصميم

تصميم أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية المتصلة بالشبكة وغير المتصلة بها مع الكفاءة الفنية في تصميم الأنظمة الكهربائية والطاقة الشمسية

إجراء تقييمات ميدانية وتقديم توصيات تصميم استنادًا إلى النتائج الفنية

التعاون والتواصل مع الفريق

التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان نجاح المشروع

التواصل بفعالية مع العملاء والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان تلبية التوقعات

الشروط

محترف ذو خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صناعة الطاقة الشمسية

إجادة استخدام AutoCAD، PVSyst، وتقنيات الطاقة الشمسية

خبرة في إدارة مشاريع وتركيبات الطاقة الشمسية

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ولديك مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية قوية
