We are looking for an Account Cloud Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in collaborating with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and deploy innovative cloud solutions that improve customer operations and solve business problems.

Requirements

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations to design and implement solutions.

• Gather customer requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into cloud solutions.

• May implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.

• Deliver highly customized product/application presentations to customers at conferences and events.

• Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.

الشروط

• العمل مع العملاء الاستراتيجيين وبناء علاقات قيادية على عدة مستويات داخل المؤسسات لتصميم وتنفيذ الحلول.

• جمع المتطلبات من العملاء وتطوير المعمارية وتحويل الاحتياجات التجارية إلى حلول سحابية.

• قد يتم تنفيذ الحلول وضمان نشرها بنجاح من خلال تطوير الأكواد والبرمجة.

• تقديم عروض تقديمية مخصصة للمنتجات والتطبيقات للعملاء في المؤتمرات والفعاليات.

• دعم العملاء من خلال إثبات المفهوم (POC) إلى النشر الفعلي للخدمات عبر تكوين الموارد، والتخطيط، والتدريب/التعليم للعملاء.
