🎯 Job Title: Head of Finance and Accounting
📍 Location: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
✨ Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intermediate is preferred.

Proven experience of 8–10 years in finance and accounting roles, with a minimum of 5 years in the elevator or contracting industry.

In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient and experienced in Tally accounting software.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience.
-
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the elevator industry.

✨المؤهلات :
درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
يُفضل أن يكون محاسبًا قانونيًا (CA) أو محاسبًا قانونيًا متوسطًا.
- خبرة مثبتة تتراوح من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في الأدوار المالية والمحاسبية، مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة المصاعد أو المقاولات.
- معرفة متعمقة بالمبادئ المالية، والمعايير المحاسبية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي للتفاعل بشكل فعال مع أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
كفاءة وخبرة في برنامج المحاسبة تالي .
كفاءة متقدمة في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس .
أثبت قدراته القيادية وخبرته في إدارة الفريق.
سيتم إعطاء الأفضلية للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة في صناعة المصاعد .
