Full job description

Urgent Requirement- Quantity Surveyor – with Oil and gas Experience. 01 No's

* The salary will depend on your experience, with a starting minimum of 650 OMR.

 * 9 hours duty

 * Weekly one day off

 * Service charges candidate

 * Preference locally available in oman if not from india

 * Accommodation will be provided

 * Food inclusive in salary

Bachelor's in civil engineering - Experience minimum 5-7 years in construction projects in oil and gas concessions and Roads and culverts, Earth works.

Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques and Oman - market rates.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Planning, Execution, Costing, Estimation & Quotations for Civil & MEP Works.

Fluent in English.

Software Skills: Auto cad, MS office & Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying. Planning skills will be an add-on.

Good Experience in BOQ preparation, Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Tendering for oil and gas projects.

Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.

Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.

Tender document preparations and related support services.

Job Type: Full-time

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية - خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مشاريع البناء في امتيازات النفط والغاز والطرق وقنوات المياه وأعمال الأرض.

- الكفاءة في تقدير التكاليف وتقنيات إدارة التكاليف وأسعار السوق العمانية.

القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد وتحديد أولويات المهام بشكل فعال.

التخطيط والتنفيذ والتكلفة والتقدير والعروض للأعمال المدنية والسباكة والكهربائية والسباكة.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

مهارات برمجية: أوتوكاد، ومايكروسوفت أوفيس، وإتقان البرامج والأدوات ذات الصلة بمسح الكميات. ستكون مهارات التخطيط إضافةً مهمة.

خبرة جيدة في إعداد فواتير الكميات، ومسح الكميات، والتقدير والعطاءات لمشاريع النفط والغاز.

إدارة تقييم العمل المنجز والتعامل مع المطالبات والاختلافات.

إعداد التقييمات المؤقتة والنهائية والتغييرات والمطالبات الخاصة بموقع البناء.

إعداد وثائق العطاءات وخدمات الدعم ذات الصلة.
