Position Objective
To prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organized, and fresh, in addition to serving the clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning.

• Clean all service utensils before each service.

• Help captain waiter in the restaurant set up.

• Keep your appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level.

• Assist captain waiter in mise en place preparation.

• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.

• Assist captain waiter in placing the food plates on clients' tables.

• Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.

• Clear the table after the meal is done and clean it.

• Transport all dirty plates, glasses to the dishwashing area.

2. Chef De Partie

Position Objective
Responsible for the efficient production of his/her section, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Abide by the food standards in the Kitchen.

• Organize the daily preparation of your section.

• Plan and organize the daily routine of the menu requirements of the day.

• Conduct training for junior staff.

• Supervise and assist with the preparation of raw materials.

• Finish and present dishes for service.

• Determine the freshness of products used and store them properly according to established standards.

• Prepare special dishes as requested.

• Maintain food cost within the budget by controlling waste without compromising standards.

• Ensure your station is kept clean at all times, especially before leaving at the end of the shift.

• Maintain the required standard of operational hygiene according to cleaning rotas.

3. Waitress

Position Objective

• Brief and guide the staff on achieving the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Ensure staff is fashionable/well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.

• Maintain knowledge of new products, trends, and fashion directives to effectively respond to and anticipate customer needs.

• Ensure minimal stock loss and manage stockrooms.

• Implement operating procedures at the store as per the company and Brand standards.

• Promote the Loyalty Program to maximize loyalty and repeat sales.

• Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding employees and products.

5. Assistant Store Manager - R&B

Position Objective
Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and ensure they have the skills and support required for maximizing sales. Assist the Store Manager in the efficient and profitable operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure staff is fashionable/well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.

• Maintain knowledge of new products, trends, and fashion directives to effectively respond to and anticipate customer needs.

• Ensure retail staff provides the highest levels of customer service for maximizing sales.

• Assist the Store Manager in implementing operating procedures at the store as per the company standards.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all staff.

• Regularly audit store administration and resolve any issues.

• Manage the daily roster, leave, and grievances of retail staff.
