About the Role

We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead Aljabr’s operations and programs across the Saudi Arabia market. You will be responsible for execution excellence, ecosystem engagement, revenue generation, and positioning Aljabr as a leading player in the Kingdom’s innovation space.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee execution of all Aljabr programs in KSA, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence

Drive business development through partnerships with corporates and government entities

Lead and scale cross-functional teams across innovation and venture-building units

Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on national growth strategy and execution KPIs

Requirements

10+ years of experience in startups, venture development, or innovation ecosystems

Strong leadership background with experience owning P&L

Track record of securing B2B or B2G deals

Deep knowledge and strong network within the Saudi innovation ecosystem

نبحث عن مدير عمليات تنفيذي (COO) لقيادة عمليات وبرامج شركة الجبر في السوق السعودي. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ البرامج بكفاءة عالية، توليد الإيرادات، تعزيز الشراكات مع الجهات الحكومية والشركات، ووضع الشركة في مكانة رائدة في مجال الابتكار داخل المملكة.

المسؤوليات

قيادة تنفيذ كافة برامج الجبر في السعودية بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الشركة

تطوير الأعمال من خلال الشراكات مع القطاعين الحكومي والخاص

بناء وإدارة الفرق التشغيلية في وحدات الابتكار وتطوير المشاريع

التعاون مع المدير التجاري (CCO) لوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية النمو ومؤشرات الأداء

الشروط

خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الابتكار أو ريادة الأعمال أو تطوير المشاريع

قيادة قوية وخبرة فعلية في إدارة الميزانيات والأرباح والخسائر

سجل حافل في إبرام صفقات مع الجهات الحكومية أو الخاصة

معرفة عميقة ومكانة قوية داخل منظومة الابتكار السعودية
