About the Role

At ABB, we’re solving some of the world’s toughest challenges. As a Project Operations Manager, you’ll lead the execution of projects in Oman while ensuring operations meet quality, safety, and contractual excellence. Your role is key in empowering teams, improving processes, and delivering results that truly matter.

Your Responsibilities

Project Execution Leadership

Oversee local project execution activities, ensuring alignment with company procedures, cybersecurity standards, HSE guidelines, and contractual terms

Operational Excellence

Ensure projects meet schedule commitments, financial goals, and deliver exceptional quality

Team Development & Standardization

Coordinate team growth and implement standardized processes to enhance performance and consistency

Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness

Global Collaboration

Work closely with the regional LDM Manager (UAE, SA, EG, MA) and global teams to align strategic goals and share best practices

About You

Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex operations or projects

Familiarity with safety regulations, cybersecurity standards, and operational KPIs

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

A passion for sustainability, innovation, and inclusive leadership

التعاون العالمي

التنسيق مع مدير المنطقة (الإمارات، السعودية، مصر، المغرب) لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الإستراتيجية وتبادل الخبرات

الشروط

مهارات قيادية قوية وخبرة في إدارة العمليات أو المشاريع
