Rental Car Sales Executive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in car leasing or rental sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Valid driving license

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell rental car services to individual and corporate clients

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and attract new ones

• Prepare quotations and manage rental agreements

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Pricing Executive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• 2-5 years of experience in pricing or revenue management

Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue

• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure competitive pricing

• Prepare regular pricing reports and analysis

Quality Officer – Rental Department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, or related field

• Experience in quality control in automotive or rental industry

• Detail-oriented with knowledge of ISO standards

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures

• Conduct audits and inspections

• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies

• Recommend process improvements for better customer service

Operations Executive – Rental Department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or similar

• 2-5 years of experience in rental operations or fleet management

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily rental operations and fleet coordination

• Manage bookings and vehicle dispatch

• Handle customer queries and complaints

• Support maintenance scheduling and vehicle availability

• مهارات تحليلية و عددية قوية

• 2-5 سنوات من الخبرة في التسعير أو إدارة الإيرادات

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير استراتيجيات التسعير لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الإيرادات

• مراقبة أسعار المنافسين واتجاهات السوق

• التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات والعمليات لضمان الأسعار التنافسية

• إعداد تقارير التسعير والتحليلات بشكل منتظم

مسؤول الجودة – قسم التأجير

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الجودة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة في مراقبة الجودة في صناعة السيارات أو التأجير

• مهتم بالتفاصيل مع معرفة بمعايير ISO

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ ومراقبة إجراءات مراقبة الجودة

• إجراء عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة وسياساتها

• التوصية بتحسينات العملية من أجل خدمة أفضل للعملاء

مدير العمليات – قسم التأجير

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة العمليات أو اللوجستيات أو ما شابه ذلك

• 2-5 سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات التأجير أو إدارة الأسطول

• قدرات تنظيمية قوية وتعدد المهام

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على عمليات التأجير اليومية وتنسيق الأسطول

• إدارة الحجوزات وإرسال المركبات

• التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء

• دعم جدولة الصيانة وتوافر السيارة
