Staff Nurses (RN)
Qualifications:
- BSc in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- MOH License required for practicing in Oman.
- Valid and up-to-date certifications in nursing practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years to 10 years of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in hospitals or clinics.
- Experience in critical care, emergency care, and general patient care is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various departments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per the doctor's instructions, ensuring correct dosages and timings.
- Vital Sign Monitoring: Regularly monitor patient vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate) and assess changes in their condition.
- Collaboration: Work in coordination with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all treatments, patient progress, and other essential information.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery procedures.
- Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Assisting in Procedures: Assist in medical procedures, wound care, and recovery, offering compassionate care to patients during treatments.
- Emergency Care: Respond to emergency situations with immediate and appropriate action, stabilizing patients until doctors arrive.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide empathy and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple patients and tasks effectively.

- الخبرة في الرعاية الحرجة، الرعاية الطارئة، و رعاية المرضى العامة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- رعاية المرضى: تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة للمرضى في أقسام مختلفة، مع ضمان سلامتهم وراحتهم.
- إعطاء الأدوية: إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات المقررة من قبل الأطباء، مع التأكد من الدقة في الجرعات والمواعيد.
- متابعة العلامات الحيوية: مراقبة العلامات الحيوية للمرضى بشكل دوري (مثل ضغط الدم، معدل ضربات القلب، درجة الحرارة، ومعدل التنفس) وملاحظة أي تغييرات في حالتهم الصحية.
- التعاون: التعاون مع الأطباء، الأخصائيين، والطاقم الطبي لضمان خطة رعاية متكاملة للمرضى.
- التوثيق: الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة ومحدثة للمرضى، مع توثيق جميع العلاجات والتقدم الطبي.
- التثقيف الصحي: توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الطبية، خطط العلاج، وإجراءات التعافي.
- مكافحة العدوى: اتباع بروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى للحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة وآمنة للمرضى والطاقم الطبي.
- المساعدة في الإجراءات الطبية: تقديم المساعدة في الإجراءات الطبية المختلفة ورعاية الجروح، وتقديم الرعاية العاطفية للمرضى أثناء العلاج.
- رعاية الطوارئ: الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ بشكل فوري وفعال، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان استقرار الحالة حتى وصول الأطباء.
