HSE Coordinator – Integrated Services Projects

Job Overview:

We require an experienced HSE Coordinator for a major project in Oman. The role involves ensuring compliance with the WFT OEPS Management System, conducting audits, and implementing HSE procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer and monitor compliance with the WFT OEPS Management System.

Participate in internal audits of the OEPS management system and external audits of suppliers as per schedule.

Conduct regular reviews of the OEPS management system to ensure effectiveness and achievement of objectives.

Provide advice on implementing and verifying compliance with safe working procedures, RADAR program requirements, and site PPE policies.

Monitor RADAR process actions to ensure follow-up and closure.

Conduct and maintain current site QHSE risk assessments.

Distribute QHSE information to employees as appropriate.

Maintain HSE incident records in WPTS.

Participate in emergency response drills as per schedule.

Ensure site inductions are conducted in line with company requirements.

Participate in CPAR investigations.

Attend and contribute to site safety meetings.

Provide guidance on the application of the hierarchy of controls in risk management.

Perform facility inspections, hazard hunts, and field audits as per schedule to verify compliance with OEPS requirements.

Maintain QHSE records in accordance with OEPS standards.

Skills:

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-literate.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in HSE within the field for a drilling contractor is essential.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering or technical discipline.

4-6 years of experience in HSE.

Recognized HSE qualification.

نحتاج إلى منسق صحة وسلامة بيئية ذي خبرة لمشروع كبير في عُمان. يشمل الدور ضمان الامتثال لنظام إدارة OEPS التابع لـ WFT، وإجراء عمليات تدقيق، وتطبيق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وفعالة.

المسؤوليات:

إدارة ومراقبة الامتثال لنظام إدارة WFT OEPS.

المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي لنظام إدارة OEPS وعمليات التدقيق الخارجية للموردين حسب الجدول الزمني.

إجراء مراجعات منتظمة لنظام إدارة OEPS لضمان الفعالية وتحقيق الأهداف.

تقديم المشورة بشأن تنفيذ والتحقق من الامتثال لإجراءات العمل الآمنة ومتطلبات برنامج RADAR وسياسات معدات الحماية الشخصية في الموقع.

مراقبة إجراءات عملية الرادار لضمان المتابعة والإغلاق.

إجراء وصيانة تقييمات المخاطر الحالية المتعلقة بالجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع.

الحفاظ على سجلات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وفقًا لمعايير OEPS.

مهارات:

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة.
