✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
✔ Previous internship or training experience in accounting is a plus.
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
✔ Minimum GPA of 3.0.
✔ Omani nationality is required.

📍 Location: Rusayl
📈 Objective: This program is designed to equip trainees with essential accounting skills, financial analysis techniques, and real-world exposure to industry practices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations.

• Support the accounting team in data entry and record-keeping.

• Help analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Learn and apply various accounting software tools.

• Collaborate with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of financial processes.

• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your expertise.

📈 الهدف: تم تصميم هذا البرنامج لتزويد المتدربين بالمهارات المحاسبية الأساسية وتقنيات التحليل المالي والتعرض العملي لممارسات الصناعة.

🎯 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• المساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية والفواتير والمقارنات.

• دعم فريق المحاسبة في إدخال البيانات وحفظ السجلات.

• المساعدة في تحليل البيانات المالية والتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير المحاسبة.

• تعلم وتطبيق أدوات برامج المحاسبة المختلفة.

• التعاون مع الأقسام المختلفة للحصول على فهم شامل للعمليات المالية.
