HSE Coordinator – Integrated Services Projects
Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor compliance with the WFT OEPS Management System.
- Participate in internal audits of the OEPS management system and external audits of suppliers as per schedule.
- Conduct regular reviews of the OEPS management system to ensure effectiveness and achievement of objectives.
- Provide advice on implementing and verifying compliance with safe working procedures, RADAR program requirements, and site PPE policies.
- Monitor RADAR process actions to ensure follow-up and closure.
- Conduct and maintain current site QHSE risk assessments.
- Distribute QHSE information to employees as appropriate.
- Maintain HSE incident records in WPTS.

Business Development Manager (Tally Prime)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tally Prime implementation, configuration, and sales.
- In-depth knowledge of Tally Prime functionalities, implementation, and reporting tools.
- Strong experience in handling industry-specific modules such as Manufacturing, Payroll, Project Management, Cost Centers, and Job Orders.
- Good understanding of financial accounting, taxation, inventory management, and business operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tally-related technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills to provide training and support.
- Experience in data migration, integration knowledge with other software will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, and basic programming for Tally customization is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in Tally Prime or accounting software.
