If you have experience in forklift operations and a keen eye for detail, this role offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and professional environment.

Details

As a Warehouse / Dispatch Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for handling the movement of materials, including coils, drums, and baskets, while ensuring efficiency and safety. The role requires expertise in operating forklifts of different capacities and adherence to strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
• Storing products properly in the warehouse and ensuring zero inventory damage.
• Conducting pre-staging of finished goods before loading onto trailers or containers.
• Following daily forklift checklists and maintaining proper records.
• Performing preventive maintenance, refueling, and troubleshooting forklift issues.
• Ensuring strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal guidelines.
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and organizing finished goods and scrap yards.
• Identifying damages, reporting shortages, and assisting with year-end stock checks.
• Securing trailer/container loads using appropriate materials such as chains, lashing belts, airbags, and wooden wedges.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma with a ROP Forklift License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a forklift operator.
• Safe forklift driving skills and knowledge of forklift safety regulations.
• Conversant in both Arabic and English with good written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Effective time management and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

تفاصيل

بصفتك مشغل رافعة شوكية للمستودعات/الشحن ، ستكون مسؤولاً عن التعامل مع حركة المواد، بما في ذلك الملفات والبراميل والسلال، مع ضمان الكفاءة والسلامة. يتطلب الدور خبرة في تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية ذات السعات المختلفة والالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الصارمة.

تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية ما يلي:

• تحميل وتفريغ المواد من الشاحنات والحاويات.
• تخزين المنتجات بشكل صحيح في المستودع وضمان عدم حدوث أي ضرر للمخزون.
• إجراء التحضير المسبق للسلع النهائية قبل تحميلها على المقطورات أو الحاويات.
• اتباع قوائم التحقق اليومية للرافعات الشوكية والحفاظ على السجلات المناسبة.
• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتزود بالوقود واستكشاف مشكلات الرافعة الشوكية وإصلاحها.
• ضمان الامتثال الصارم لسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة والمبادئ التوجيهية القانونية.
• صيانة مستودعات التنظيف وتنظيم البضائع النهائية وساحات الخردة.
• تحديد الأضرار والإبلاغ عن النقص والمساعدة في عمليات فحص المخزون في نهاية العام.
• تأمين حمولات المقطورات/الحاويات باستخدام المواد المناسبة مثل السلاسل وأحزمة الربط والوسائد الهوائية والأوتاد الخشبية.

المؤهلات والمهارات

• شهادة الثانوية العامة مع رخصة رافعة شوكية من شرطة عمان السلطانية .
• -خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كمشغل رافعة شوكية.
• مهارات قيادة الرافعة الشوكية الآمنة ومعرفة قواعد سلامة الرافعة الشوكية.
• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع مهارات جيدة في التواصل الكتابي.
• الاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل والعمل الجماعي والقدرة على التكيف.
• الإدارة الفعالة للوقت والالتزام بالحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
