About the job:

Omran Group is seeking a Finance and Shared Services Manager to lead the Finance Department and oversee the management of shared services, including human resources and administration. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong financial management, regulatory compliance, and providing effective internal support services aligned with the company's objectives.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Financial management:

• Develop and manage effective financial strategies, prepare budgets and forecasts.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Monitor cash flows, financial risks, and financing requirements.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare for reviews and audits.

• Providing financial reports and analyses to executive management and the Board of Directors.

Supervision of shared services (human resources and administration):

• Manage HR and administration teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with policies.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance tracking processes.

• Oversee administrative services including office and property management and coordination with suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal controls.

• Promote a productive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred .

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial leadership, with exposure to HR and administration functions.

• Strong knowledge of Omani laws, labor regulations and corporate governance.

• Leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder skills.

تبحث مجموعة عمران عن مدير المالية والخدمات المشتركة لقيادة قسم المالية والإشراف على إدارة الخدمات المشتركة، بما في ذلك الموارد البشرية والإدارة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن ضمان إدارة مالية قوية، والامتثال للأنظمة، وتقديم خدمات دعم داخلي فعالة تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

الإدارة المالية:

• تطوير وإدارة استراتيجيات مالية فعالة، وإعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات.

• الإشراف على الخدمات الإدارية بما في ذلك إدارة المكاتب والممتلكات والتنسيق مع الموردين.

• ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل والرقابة الداخلية.

• تعزيز بيئة عمل منتجة وتعاونية.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل شهادات CPA/CMA.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في قيادة الشؤون المالية، مع التعرض لوظائف الموارد البشرية والإدارة.

• معرفة قوية بالقوانين العمانية ولوائح العمل والحوكمة المؤسسية.

• مهارات قيادية وحل المشكلات والتعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
