📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver engaging training sessions on IT programs, including IC3, Microsoft, Python, and Cybersecurity.
✅ Develop course materials and interactive training modules to ensure effective learning.
✅ Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and recommend areas for improvement.
✅ Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest developments into training programs.
✅ Support trainees in their learning journey and help them gain practical skills.
✅ Conduct workshops and hands-on training to enhance technical skills.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training methodologies and outcomes.
📌 Job Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years as an IT trainer in delivering relevant programs.
✔ Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related field.
✔ Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in Microsoft applications, Python programming, Cybersecurity concepts, and IC3 certification training.
✔ Nationality: Omani.
✔ Language Skills: Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
✔ Teaching Skills: Ability to explain complex IT concepts in a simple and engaging way.
✔ Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to engage with learners and deliver clear, impactful training.

نحن نبحث عن مدرب تكنولوجيا المعلومات متحمس وذو خبرة لتقديم تدريب عالي الجودة في برامج IC3 وMicrosoft وPython والأمن السيبراني . سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تطوير وإجراء جلسات التدريب وتقييم أداء المتدربين والبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التطورات في التكنولوجيا.
📌 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
✅ تقديم جلسات تدريبية تفاعلية حول برامج تكنولوجيا المعلومات، بما في ذلك IC3 وMicrosoft وPython والأمن السيبراني.
✅ تطوير مواد الدورة ووحدات التدريب التفاعلية لضمان التعلم الفعال.
✅ تقييم أداء المتدربين وتقديم الملاحظات والتوصية بمجالات التحسين.
✅ البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة ودمج أحدث التطورات في برامج التدريب.
✅ دعم المتدربين في رحلة التعلم الخاصة بهم ومساعدتهم على اكتساب المهارات العملية.
✅ إجراء ورش عمل وتدريب عملي لتعزيز المهارات الفنية.
✅ التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحسين منهجيات التدريب ونتائجه.
📌متطلبات الوظيفة:
✔ الخبرة: لا تقل عن سنتين كمدرب في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تقديم البرامج ذات الصلة.
✔ التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات / علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة.
✔ المعرفة التقنية: خبرة قوية في تطبيقات Microsoft وبرمجة Python ومفاهيم الأمن السيبراني وتدريب شهادة IC3 .
✔ الجنسية: عماني.
✔ المهارات اللغوية: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
✔ مهارات التدريس: القدرة على شرح مفاهيم تكنولوجيا المعلومات المعقدة بطريقة بسيطة وجذابة.
✔ مهارات الاتصال والعرض: قدرة قوية على التعامل مع المتعلمين وتقديم تدريب واضح ومؤثر.
