Senior Technical Lead 

  Role & Responsibility

 

 Lead the design, development, and optimization of banking applications, including core banking, loan origination, CRM, and digital banking platforms.

Define and implement banking application architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

Drive modernization and migration strategies, including cloud adoption (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API-driven banking solutions.

Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment.

Design and implement API-based integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, ISO 20022), and third-party financial services.

Lead the implementation of Open Banking, Embedded Finance, and API-first banking strategies.

Work on enterprise service bus (ESB) and middleware solutions to streamline real-time banking transactions.

Support the integration of digital banking platforms, mobile banking applications, and AI-powered customer engagement

 

Skills & Qualification 

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in banking IT, enterprise application development, or technical leader

Finance Account Specialist

Candidate Qualifications and Experience 

The secondee should be a qualified or semi-qualified professional in Accounting/Finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).

Must have 3-7 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance functions.

Prior experience with SAP, including familiarity with modules such as FI (Financial

Accounting) and CO (Controlling), is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and financial reporting.

Proven ability to work in dynamic environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Senior Information Technology Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

 Oversee the IT department’s overall technical and project management

operations, including working on the Digital Transformation national

Project. This involves planning, execution, managing project priorities based on requirements, time management, and budgeting.

Must be proficient with a thorough understanding of project implementation best practices and Agile Project Management methodologies.

Collaborate with local and national project teams in the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of solutions for Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Experience on Architecture Framework, a methodology for designing and

implementing solution based on industry best practices is must. Documents

preparation, including policies, procedures, plans in line with MTCIT OeGAF is preferable. This include table top plans and guidelines.
