المهام الوظيفية
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية المحددة.
- إجراء مكالمات هاتفية للعملاء الجدد والحاليين وعرض العروض الخاصة بالمنتجات أو الخدمات.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية طويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
- متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء فعليين.
- تقديم الدعم للعملاء بعد إتمام عملية البيع لضمان رضاهم التام.
- إدارة قاعدة بيانات العملاء وضمان تحديثها بشكل دوري.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الشركة العامة.
المتطلبات
- شغف كبير بالمبيعات والرغبة في تحقيق الأهداف.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على الإقناع والإقناع.
- قدرة على بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع العملاء.
- مهارات التفاوض والقدرة على إتمام الصفقات.
- مظهر لائق وأسلوب مهذب في الحديث.
