Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.

Regularly communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.

14+ years of experience in project management of luxury residential mid to high-rise buildings in a large masterplan community.

Must have previous experience working with a reputable developer in the UAE or Oman and familiar with local codes and standards.

Result oriented, ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivers best results.

Takes active ownership of problems and provide timely and result focused solutions.

Outcome-driven with strong communication skills.

Accountant

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax filings, in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department managers and executives, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Maintain documentation and records for audits and regulatory compliance.

Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Relationship Manager

Key Accountabilities: 

• Ensure that sales targets are reached and where possible exceeded, within the agreed period for a particular product. 

• Build long term and effective relationship with clients. 

• Maximize sales business through various and innovative sales channels with the aim to improve company revenue.

 • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process. 

 • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new leads.

 • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client information, and sales activity reports. 

 • Visit assigned locations to identify and target potential clients for each type of company products with the aim to increase the client data base and sales.
