• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• International Well Control Certificate (IWCF)
• 5-7 years experience as Rig Manager and 5 years as Drilling Supervisor
• Valid driving license

• Ability to travel between head office and franchise locations.
• Excellent administrative, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and delegate effectively
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Accurate analysis of information and adaptability

• شهادة الدبلوم في هندسة الميكانيك أو ما يعادلها
• الشهادة الدولية في التحكم بالآبار (IWCF)
• خبرة 5-7 سنوات كمدير منصة الحفر و5 سنوات كمشرف حفر
• رخصة قيادة سارية

• القدرة على التنقل بين المكتب الرئيسي ومواقع الامتياز
• مهارات إدارية وتنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة
• القدرة على تعدد المهام والتفويض بفعالية
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات
• التحليل الدقيق للمعلومات والقدرة على التكيف
• العمل تحت الضغط بمرونة وكفاءة
• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض استثنائية
