Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial models, drawdowns, and budget tracking reports.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payments.

Ensure tax compliance, including VAT and Withholding Tax filings.

Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks for transactions.

Maintain accurate financial records and assist in financial reporting.

Support financial operations and reporting for stakeholders.

Any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (3+ years of experience) or Diploma (6+ years of experience).

Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Preferred: Additional finance-related certifications.

Quality & Testing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Quality & Testing strategies in line with ISO/OHSAS standards.

Conduct audits, analyze trends, and ensure compliance with government and client standards.

Oversee testing procedures, including special and type tests.

Collaborate with procurement teams for quality approval of equipment.

Support project managers in resolving quality-related issues.

Identify and address root causes of manufacturing defects, improving processes.

Represent the company in external Q&T forums and maintain best practices.

Key Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

10–15 years, with at least 10 years in Quality & Testing for Power/Energy industry projects.

Strong knowledge of ISO/OHSAS standards

Expertise in mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation quality control.

Leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, PMP

محاسب

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إعداد النماذج المالية، والسحوبات، وتقارير تتبع الميزانية.

إدارة الحسابات الدائنة/المستحقة القبض والفواتير والمدفوعات.

ضمان الامتثال الضريبي، بما في ذلك إيداعات ضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الاستقطاع.

إجراء عمليات التوفيق البنكي والتنسيق مع البنوك بشأن المعاملات.

الحفاظ على السجلات المالية الدقيقة والمساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية.

دعم العمليات المالية وإعداد التقارير لأصحاب المصلحة.

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الجودة والاختبار بما يتماشى مع معايير ISO / OHSAS.

إجراء عمليات التدقيق، وتحليل الاتجاهات، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الحكومة والعملاء.

الإشراف على إجراءات الاختبار، بما في ذلك الاختبارات الخاصة والنوعية.

التعاون مع فرق المشتريات للحصول على موافقة الجودة للمعدات.

دعم مديري المشاريع في حل القضايا المتعلقة بالجودة.

تحديد ومعالجة الأسباب الجذرية لعيوب التصنيع وتحسين العمليات.

تمثيل الشركة في المنتديات الخارجية للأسئلة والأجوبة والحفاظ على أفضل الممارسات.

الخبرة في مراقبة الجودة الميكانيكية والمدنية والكهربائية والأجهزة.

القدرة على القيادة وإدارة الفريق.
