🔹 Legal Lead – Muscat
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).

At least 7 years of experience in the legal field, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to aviation and corporate affairs.
-
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead the legal team and provide guidance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
-
Review contracts and legal agreements to ensure alignment with company policies.
-
Provide legal advice to senior management.
-
Represent the company in legal matters and official negotiations.
🔹 Legal Specialist – Muscat
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal consulting.
-
Familiarity with Omani laws and regulations; experience in aviation or corporate law is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal consultation and support to various departments.

Review legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Monitor legal cases and represent the company when needed.

Prepare legal reports and recommendations based on risk analysis.

الوظائف المتاحة:
🔹 المسؤول القانوني – مسقط
المؤهلات:درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو ما يعادلها (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المجال القانوني، بما في ذلك 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- المعرفة الشاملة بالقوانين والأنظمة المتعلقة بالطيران والشؤون المؤسسية.
مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
قيادة الفريق القانوني وتقديم التوجيه لضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح.
مراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات القانونية للتأكد من توافقها مع سياسات الشركة.
تقديم المشورة القانونية للإدارة العليا.
تمثيل الشركة في المسائل القانونية والمفاوضات الرسمية.
🔹 أخصائي قانوني – مسقط
المؤهلات:- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو مجال ذي صلة.
-خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الاستشارات القانونية.
- المعرفة بالقوانين والأنظمة العمانية؛ والخبرة في قانون الطيران أو الشركات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على حل القضايا القانونية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تقديم الاستشارات القانونية والدعم لمختلف الإدارات.
مراجعة الوثائق القانونية والعقود للتأكد من الامتثال للوائح المحلية.
مراقبة القضايا القانونية وتمثيل الشركة عند الحاجة.
إعداد التقارير والتوصيات القانونية بناء على تحليل المخاطر.
